Our thermography technology is similar to typical thermography equipment that you’ve seen elsewhere, but ours is specifically made for use in medical facilities to look at temperatures around the spine. In general, the temperatures of the muscles on either side of the spine should be equal. A thermography scan will locate inequalities in muscle temperatures, which shows us that the muscles are more stretched out or condensed than they should be, which is indicative of spinal misalignments. Nerve interference from spinal misalignments leads to increased blood flow to the area, and this increase in blood flow is what creates a higher temperature.
